The Warranty Administrator has the responsibility for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty claim revenues.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in an office setting

Compensation: $21 per hour  ( plus monthly commission on receivable goals)


 Become familiar with and follow up all manufacturer and after market warranty company policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain productive relationships with the manufacturer’s designated warranty reps.

Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedures manuals. Return improperly completed repair orders to the Advisor for correction and completion. Check the vehicle history to avoid making duplicate claims

Submit warranty claims after verifying there is no mis use of the system and hours and repairs are flagged correctly.

Review and maintain a record of all returned or rejected warranty claims

Contact the companies reps regarding and claims requiring special authorization.

Determine and document the applicable labor operation codes, failure code and/or other admi data required and enter them in the repair orders

Flag the appropriate Tech for the hours earned on the operation they performed.

  • Must have previous warranty administrative experience (FCA/Fiat preferred)

  • Team player attitude

  • High School diploma required

  • Able to work well with many interruptions throughout the day

  • Must have strong computer skills

  • Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment

  • Able to pay close attention to detail

  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
